“Pops” is an annual event to help support Guilderland’s K-12 Music Program. The event features performances by all of the major high school music groups, which includes more than 350 talented students, as well as performances by the Middle School Select Band and Choir.
Admission Tickets & Ordering Process
We offer two ticket options ONLINE
- Individual Tickets – $9.00 each
- Family Four Pack – $30.00
Tickets will also available at the DOOR
- $10 per person – cash payment
- $11 per person – card payment
Online Ordering Process
This year, you can order your tickets online using this THREE STEP process:
- Fill out this GOOGLE FORM. (If you will be using your PayPal account to pay instead of a credit card, it is IMPORTANT that you use the e-mail that is already connected to your PayPal account when filling out this form.)
- After completing the form, you will receive an e-mail with a link to pay online using PAYPAL (Credit Cards Accepted). Your purchase IS NOT COMPLETE until you complete this step.
- You will need to print a copy of your PayPal receipt, or display the PayPal receipt on your phone, upon entering the concert. This will be your ticket for entry. (No physical tickets will be sent to you.)

–Become a Pops Sponsor! Sponsorship in the program allows you to generously support our fundraising activities. You will be recognized in the program by Sponsorship level. Click HERE (sponsor) and complete the Google Form no later than January 25, 2026.
–Advertise with us! Do you have a business, know someone with a business, or would simply like to take out ad space to send a message to your child or the performers? If so, we hope you will consider taking out an ad in the program. If you would like to purchase ad space, please click HERE (advertise) and complete the Google Form no later than January 25, 2026.
–Donate a raffle item! As part of our annual POPS Concert, we host a raffle to help raise essential funds for our award‑winning music program. These funds directly support student experiences, equipment needs, guest instructors, and opportunities that help our music program continue to thrive. –Donate a concessions item! This year we are hosting a concession stand to aid in our fundraising efforts and to provide yummy treats for our audience members. We are asking families to please consider signing up to donate one of the below items. Items can be dropped off inside the West Gym entrance of the high school on the day of the concert, Saturday, February 7th between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. or anytime after 4:00pm until 6:30pm (Concert begins 7:00pm).
